Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-08-20.

Dragonfly Web Designs LLC ("we", "us") operates dragonflywebdesigns.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • What you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, and anything you type into a form, booking, registration, order or message.
  • Payment details. Card and bank details go directly to our payment processor (Stripe or PayPal). We never see or store full card numbers.
  • Site analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, which runs on this domain, does not use cookies, and does not identify you personally. It tells us how many people visit and which pages they read.
  • Texting. If you opt in to texts, we keep your number and your consent record.

How we use it

To deliver what you asked for (services), send confirmations and reminders, answer your messages, and, only if you opted in, send news and offers by email or text. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the business, each bound to use your data only for us: ColibriOS (the platform this site and our records run on), Stripe and PayPal for payments, Resend for email delivery, Twilio for texting, and Plausible for analytics. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Marketing and your choices

  • Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Replying or writing to us works too.
  • Text STOP to any message to stop texts, HELP for help. Phone numbers and texting consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
  • You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time using the contact details below. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have the right to know what we hold, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for asking.

Retention and security

We keep records for as long as we have a business reason to (for example, tax and booking history), then delete or anonymize them. Data is stored with our platform provider using encryption in transit and at rest, and access is limited to people who need it.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
